Join Michael Baker as he reads his book titled Eimer Talpidae Mole’s Fabulous UndergroundFood Adventure that tells the story of a brave mole that saves starving farmers by finding them delicious underground food.  Michael Baker was born and raised in Ossining and traces his Ossining roots to Revolutionary times. He has had an eclectic business career encompassing new business start-ups, chef/owner of his own restaurant, retired executive at UBS Financial Services and currently partner at Susan Lawrence Gourmet Foods in Chappaqua. His writing credits include The Chef’s Beautiful Food Diet, The ThreeLegged Stock Stool, and his newest work, The Magic Business Carpet Ride that is being adapted to play form for performance at the Arc Stages Theatre in Pleasantville.
