Ossining Earth Day Special Attractions

The Green Ossining Committee is pleased to announce that world-renowned musician and Ossining High School Graduate John Arrucci will hold two drumming classes for children at 11:30 am and 12 noon at the Earth Day 40 Celebration on Saturday, April 10 11am-4pm at Louis B. Engel Park on the Ossining waterfront.

The Earth Day event, which will also feature educational vendors, music and other activities for families and children.

John Arrucci has traveled the world playing and teaching in South America, Asia and Africa. He has taught in Princeton University for the past 20 years, and has worked with many childrens groups around the US. John’s engaging teaching style and extensive knowledge of music and world culture create a memorable hands-on learning experience.

Classes will accommodate up to 25 children each, on a first-come, first-served basis.
