May 12 and 13 2023 – Compost give back at Cedar Lane:

Just in time for International Compost Awareness Week – this Friday and Saturday (May 12 and 13) is a Compost Give Back Day co-hosted by Green Ossining and the Town of Ossining.

Town of Ossining residents who are currently participating in the Food Scraps Program are eligible for 6 gallons of compost – that’s the size of the green compost buckets in the Ossining Compost Kits to give you a sense for size. Want to stop by and pick yours up? Sign up for one of the two days – compost is free but registration is required! 9-12 pick-up window.
