EPA Approves New York State’s List of Impaired Waters
Friday, July 2nd, 2010The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the 2010 list of waters in New York State that are considered either impaired or threatened by pollutants. An impaired water body is one that does not meet water quality standards even after pollution controls have been put in place.
